ITV WORK EXPERIENCE
If you are interested in registering your interest in work experience please apply using the ITV on-line application form. Try to include as much information as possible about what you are interested in doing at ITV. ITV offers over 1000 placements per year to individuals through a number of initiatives.
We hope the information below will give you a brief overview of these opportunities and help with your enquiry:
Work experience placements:
Are open to individuals who are 18+ and still in education.
Placements are unpaid, and range from 2 days to 4 weeks in duration. Placements are prioritised to our colleges, Universities and Community organisation partners, however there are opportunities for you if you are not part of our formal link programme.
Work shadowing:
Is an opportunity for those who are 18+ but no longer in education. Although we cannot offer you formal work experience there are opportunities for you to volunteer and to come and observe what we do. These opportunities can also be applied for the same way as work experience placements.
Young Person Work Place visit:
Is the name of our scheme for those who are under 18 years of age. You cannot apply for these through general application, but we recommend that you build up your interest and experience through voluntary work such as school papers, clubs, hobbies and supporting voluntary media groups such as hospital radio, then come back to us with all this experience when you are 18.
