Public Service Broadcasting Review: preparing for the digital future.

You are invited to a public meeting to contribute to the Ofcom consultation as part of our review of public service broadcasting (PSB).

Our research shows that television viewers value PSB such as regional news, current affairs and childrens programmes. But the way that PSB is currently being delivered cannot be sustained.

The Ofcom review discusses different options for how to maintain and strengthen PSB in the future including proposals for the future of regional news. It can be found on our website at: www.ofcom.org.uk/consult/condocs/psb2_phase2/

The meeting will be held at the Devonport Lecture Theatre, Portland Square Building, at the University of Plymouth on Thursday 20 November 2008, starting at 6pm and finishing at 7.30pm. Tea and coffee will be available from 5.30pm.
